New Generation Burundi officially launched a two-day introduction to its entrepreneurship capacity-building program, designed for 18 young and adult women enrolled in the “Girls at Risk” initiative. The goal of this training is to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to start, manage, and sustain small businesses — paving the way toward financial independence and socio-economic empowerment.
On Day 1, the Coordinator of New Generation introduced the trainer, Mr. Emmanuel Ndayihaya, who presented the full training schedule and outlined the program’s objectives. Participants also introduced themselves, creating a warm atmosphere of community, encouragement, and mutual support.
Day 2 marked the beginning of the core modules, with participants diving into practical strategies for entrepreneurship. Under the guidance of Mr. Ndayihaya, the session covered the foundations of business creation, business planning, and income generation.
New Generation Burundi extends its heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Emmanuel Ndayihaya for his dedication to empowering women and remains fully committed to supporting these participants on their journey toward self-reliance.
