Yesterday, the group of participants in the Leadership Training Program, facilitated by Mr. NAHIMANA Dieudonné, the Founder of New Generation Burundi, successfully reached an important milestone in their journey toward becoming transformative leaders.
After more than three months of intensive learning, engagement, and reflection on the principles of effective and ethical leadership, the participants undertook their final evaluation, marking the culmination of their enriching training experience.
The day was also graced with a heartfelt moment of prayer and gratitude, where everyone came together to celebrate growth, unity, and shared purpose.
