Fun, Food, and Hope: A Morning with New Generation Burundi
This morning, we held a fantastic activity as part of the GIRITEKA program at New Generation Burundi! The day was filled with laughter and joy as the children participated in exciting games, including football and a fun dance competition.
The National Director reminded the children to stay strong despite the challenges they face, and we reaffirmed our belief in their leadership abilities.
This outreach event is just one of many held by New Generation Burundi every two months. These events serve a vital purpose – identifying children who could benefit from our programs, including accommodation and a chance to return to school.
In addition to the fun activities and shared meal ??, we also distributed small gifts of soap to the children. These essential hygiene items will help them stay healthy and feel more confident.
